5 Quick and Easy Summer Drinks

1. RASPBERRY LIMONCELLO PROSECCO

Amazingly refreshing, bubbly, and sweet – a perfect summer cocktail that you can make in just 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups prosecco, chilled
  • 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and limoncello.
  • Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired.

 2. RASPBERRY PEACH ICED TEA

This lightly sweetened iced tea is wonderfully fruity and so refreshing!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tea bags
  • 1 cup raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 2 peaches, sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar, or more to taste
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Steep tea bags in 4 cups boiling water according to package instructions; discard tea bags and let cool.
  • Combine peaches, raspberries and agave nectar in blender until smooth; strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
  • In a large pitcher, whisk together raspberry peach mixture and brewed tea. Place in refrigerator until chilled.
  • Serve over ice, raspberries, peach slices and mint leaves, if desired.

3. SPARKLING CHERRY LEMONADE

The easiest, budget-friendly lemonade that you can make in just 15 min. No simple syrup needed!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces cherries, pitted
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  •  cup sugar
  • 4 cups sparkling water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To make the cherry syrup, combine cherries, lemon juice and sugar in blender until smooth. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
  • Serve over ice and sparkling water.

4. BLUEBERRY LEMONADE

Made with an easy blueberry simple syrup, this lemonade is so refreshing, sweet and tangy. It’s the perfect way to cool down on a hot day!


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To make the blueberry simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in blueberries and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until blueberries have broken down, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Strain blueberry mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve; let cool.
  • In a large pitcher, whisk together blueberry simple syrup, lemon juice and 5 cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
  • Serve over ice and blueberries, if desired.

5. EASY BERRY SANGRIA

So easy and refreshing, chockfull of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. And all you need is just 5 min prep!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 750 mL bottle rose wine
  • 1 cup strawberriesthinly sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 12 ounces lemon-lime soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large pitcher, whisk together rose wine, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and sugar.
  • Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over ice with lemon-lime soda.
