We are currently experiencing very high order volumes while having to abide by strict distancing and hygiene practices which has resulted in increased dispatch times for standard shipping orders of 10-14 business days. Additionally, we are moving to a new warehouse so we can better service you.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, strict actions we are taking:

  • Taking aggressive steps to minimise risk at our warehouse, including continual sanitisation and cleaning while continually referring to Government guidelines and recommendations
  • As a result of these measures, dispatch times for standard Australia Post orders are now between 6-8 business days. 
  • Our phones still remain open at this time however we encourage you to contact us via email (support@classichomewaregifts.com.au) as we are operating a slightly smaller onsite team than normal.
