Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping time is Standard Australia Post delivery to your location from Sydney. 

Special Notes

• *Some heavy items incur an extra Shipping fee, of which you will be notified at checkout.
• If the correct address is not entered at checkout, the customer will be required to pay for re-shipping of around $25. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Products can be returned if unopened and unused within 14 days of purchase. Returns can be shipped back to our warehouse or taken in-store. Change of mind is not accepted and will not be applicable for Refund. Buyer or Customer Pay the return Shipping Cost.
